We will walk through the ECF reimbursement process in the E-Rate Productivity Center and a suggested timeline for doing so related to the first Filing Window. Join Library of Michigan and E-Rate Central for this phase of the process to use E-rate and take advantage of the $7.1B Emergency Connectivity Fund.

Description

Join Library of Michigan and E-Rate Central for the fourth webinar in a 4-part series designed for library applicants who applied and were funded for the $7.1B ECF program. Webinar 1, provided on May 14th, took a detailed look at the newly released Order. Webinar 2 on June 18th described the necessary actions and steps to be ready to file the application. Webinar 3 walked through the Form 471 application submission process in the E-Rate Productivity Center. In this webinar, we will walk through the ECF reimbursement process in the E-Rate Productivity Center and a suggested timeline for doing so related to the first Filing Window. Ample time will be allowed to discuss all questions.

At the conclusion of this webinar Library applicants will have a better understanding the ECF program's document retention requirements, and how to submit and certify for reimbursement. Attendees will clearly understand the asset registry and documentation gathering and retention requirements.
