How can you utilize the opportunity of DEI in every aspect of your library from the lobby to the boardroom. This webinar seeks to empower and educate on the importance of DEI work in every level of library involvement. Considering patrons, vendors, staff and the board of trustees.

Instructor : TPhoto of Tara Michenerara Michener, MA, LPC, NCC, RYT 200 (she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor in Private Practice specializing in Racial trauma and relational aggression. She is a civil mediator, an author awarded for work in diversity Equity and inclusion and aTedx Speaker. She also has been a library trustee for over six years and has held multiple officer positions in the  profession. Her work has been featured in Essence Magazine, Prevention Magazine, Metro Parent, and more.
