Instructor : Tara Michener, MA, LPC, NCC, RYT 200 (she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor in Private Practice specializing in Racial trauma and relational aggression. She is a civil mediator, an author awarded for work in diversity Equity and inclusion and aTedx Speaker. She also has been a library trustee for over six years and has held multiple officer positions in the  profession. Her work has been featured in Essence Magazine, Prevention Magazine, Metro Parent, and more.
