Engaging Equity Endeavors - Serving BIPOC Communities from the Lobby to the Boardroom

This webinar is ideal for library directors, staff, trustees, and anyone who works in a library setting. We will explore the relevant equity factors and implications specifically relating to meeting the customer service needs of the BIPOC community. She is a civil mediator, an author awarded for work in diversity Equity and inclusion and aTedx Speaker. She also has been a library trustee for over six years and has held multiple officer positions in the profession.
