COVID has changed how libraries interact with patrons. Due to closures and social distancing restrictions, most programing, events, and even library access has been moved online. Presentation will discuss reaching multiple audiences via social media; maintaining connection with those audiences online; maintaining contact with traditional library audiences during time of closures and reduced services; how to sustain asynchronous and synchronous programming after COVID. What’s working online and why.
