Summary

The Covid-19 pandemic has upended many policies and procedures in libraries. Employment issues are an example of policies that have gone a bit topsy turvy. This webinar will discuss issues that Directors and Boards should know of when navigating the new normal.

Description

This webinar will discuss post-covid library employment and HR concerns from a legal perspective.
After attending, participants will:
-Be aware of new issues that can arise in employee situations.
-Have information on when the new Federal CARES and FFCPA may apply
-Have a list of new policies/procedures that they should consider adding.
