This is an annual one-day event that provides a wide range of information for new public library directors. Attendance at these workshops is necessary for director certification as part of the qualification criteria for state aid to public libraries. Registration cost includes materials, snacks and lunch. The deadline for registration is 5:00PM on September 5, 2019.
The event begins with registration and refreshments from 8:45 to 9:15am on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Sessions will conclude at 4:30pm. Attendees are invited to attend a post session dinner to network with their colleagues.
